Personal Records or Medals?

Personal records (“PR’s”) are awesome. There are those beautiful days in the zone when we crush anything we touch. There are those dog days when we feel off but grind one out anyway. No matter how it comes hitting a PR feels great but sometimes we lose sight of developing a winning attitude with it. Now you may say, “if I hit more and more PR’s I’ll get my wins.” At a local level sure, at a National level maybe, at a World Level not likely.
